Salam takes her house as a shelter to protect herself and her daughter Alia from the attacks outside, until she receives a message informing her of their impending fate. Souad Douibi est une jeune artiste algérienne. Elle a choisi à sa manière de questionner la société dans laquelle elle vit. En réalisant des performances artistiques dans les rues d’Alger elle ne s’attendait pas à être confrontée à un tourbillon d’insultes, d’hostilités et d’agressions verbales… Son expression d’art se transforme alors en combat pour affirmer sa place dans sa société.
Le film a été sélectionné à plusieurs festivals dans le monde et a reçu plusieurs prix.

Souad Douibi is an active artist who performs in the streets of Algiers, but each of his appearances triggers off new controversies. Her artistic expression turns into a battle in order to assert her place in her own society. Will she persevere? Or surrender to her status as a female artist in Algeria with all the problems that are implied as a result in her public and private life?
The film was screened in several festivals and had received prizes.
