Dear sir
I have a complain for the miss handling the bank services to the customers ........
i am a customer from 2004 working with United Nations but yesterday the bank in shmessani wants to close my account because they don't have enough details about me as required by central bank in Amman-Jordan
The strange things that my daughter every month went to bank and withdraw a certain amount from my account as she is the authorized one and when she went today they told her we close shetha's account and take the money cash or cheque !!!!!!!!!!!
Why !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
because they dont know to whom should they contact !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i don't think this attitude is good and respectful to the customer ..really i feel so upset plus the whole information is in my file but they way the represented very unprofessional way
anyhow when i will come soon i will withdraw and close the account
the bank need to be more professional in helping and support the customers not easily kick the customers
