Dear Sirs,
I asked a friend of mine who was coming to Vienna to buy me Normacol Plus medicine from Amman as it is not available in Vienna. She did and bought it from your Pharmacy (Amount JOD 23.640).
Regrettably the bill she received did not have my name and the date of purchase.
I submitted the bill to my Insurance Company they refused to reimburse it. I then added my name and the date of purchase and signed the bill to confirm that I made the change they again refused to reimburse it.
They want a corrected bill from your Pharmacy with the right name and date.
Would you kindly assist me in this regard. Please send me your email address and I will scan and send you the bill asking your kind selves to issue me with a corrected one.

I wrote to you two days ago kindly asking you to issue me with a CORRECTED Medicine Bill. This is because my Medical Insurance Company refused to reimburse the bill I received from you as it does not have My Name and the Date of Purchase.
I kindly asked you to send me your private email address to be able to send you a scanned copy of the old bill to issue me with a REVISED one.
You early response to my message would be highly appreciated.
