I have a problem with my car, I never used an Insurance Company, I always pay for insurance but never used, this time the roof fall in top of my car because of the snow, the main office was closed, I have a cell phone number from the Insurance Company. I called him he said I need first the police report.


Was really a nightmare to get that police report because many accidents during that period, many phone calls finally I went to the police station and the told me to pick up a police the next day. I got the police report was 12 and they told me to wait till sunday because offices are closed by one. Sunday nobody wanted to come to pick up the car because was under the roof they ask me to pull it out my self and take it to Wadi Saqra. I spoke with other person and they ask me to go to Wadi Saqra and get a claim number then the insurance Company will come.


I am not familiar with the area and the traffic was terrible, finally I made it, after all those days of phone calls, they looking for polices even in the streets, I go to the office and they told me yes you have a full coverage but doesn't cover by natural causes.

I hope they are better insurance Companies than yours because was really a nightmare, after a week and a half my car still under the roof, my husband is out of the Country, I am alone, don't speak the language and I got the worst service.


ALL THE TIME I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM. BUT WHO CARES ITS NOT THEIR TIME WASTED. IT IS SOMEBODY ELSE.
