fayez dweik my brother traveliing from memphis to chicago for his final destination ammman on sunday nov.6,2011,was told in memphis when arrived at 8:15 by united express airline agent that his flight time was changed from 10 am to 6 am (flight number 4125 operated by united express/mesa airline) and despite the presemce of other flight at 9:30am for the same airline to chicago, we were told that, he had to buy new ticket and pay $550. i tried to call your office as well as britsh middland but ofices were closed and when we wanted to pay the extra fees it was too late to catch that flight and mr. fayez dweik lost his flight to amman from chicago and we had to buy new tIcket to amman on RJ and paid $693. i am very upset and we should have been told about the changes in flight time. i am asking for refunding for the lost ticket. my e-mail and my cell phone
