Full Moon Meditation in June

Come to discover the joy of meditation, relax both body and mind in a power night of the Full Moon this month.
Schedule :

9:00pm Register and Welcome Drinks, Tea, Coffee, Sweets.
9:35pm Welcome speech
9:40pm Mindful stretching
10:00pm Light the main candle, everyone light their own candles.
10:10pm Meditation followed by Loving kindness meditation
10:45pm Meditation session end
11:30pm Bus leave to Amman
