Four Seasons Hotel Amman hosts a unique Friday Brunch at Olea Restaurant, perfect for the whole family. In the summer, guests can enjoy brunch at our Olea terrace. Experience homestyle cuisine in an atmosphere that reflects the renowned hospitality and generosity of the Eastern Mediterranean region, where food and cooking are seen as expressions of affection.   Our signature brunch experience at Olea is one-of-a-kind because guests are invited into the kitchen. We open our doors every Friday, and guests can choose from a diverse range of live stations that include Middle Eastern, Asian, seafood, Italian, Mexican and many more cuisines.  The Dessert Section is inside Chef Anas’ Pastry Shop in the kitchen, where guests can select from homemade ice creams, chocolates, fruit-filled pastries, local favourites and international sweets and delights. The Kids’ Corner, with its low height, allows children to help themselves to kids’ specialty items, featuring everything from mini-burgers to the Sweet Corner. It also includes a fun play area to ensure your kids will love brunch as much as you do!
