Synopsis: “We are Egyptian Armenians” delivers a message of tolerance and acceptance. It traces Egypt during a time when people from all over the world were welcome to live, work and openly express their cultural identities. We follow the stories of the Armenians who came to Egypt after the massacre in 1915, learning secrets passed from generation to generation.
About the Director: Waheed Sobhi is an Egyptian film director and editor. Sobhi started his career in 2002 as an assistant director in many feature films. In 2006, he began working as an editor. In 2009, he became a promo producer for ONTV channel. He directed, produced, photographed and edited his first documentary in 2016.

الملخص: يعرض فيلم إحنا المصريين… الأرمن رسالة من التسامح والقبول ما بين الناس، وذلك من خلال تتبع الحياة في مصر في وقت كان يُسمح فيه لكل الناس من كافة أنحاء العالم القدوم إليها للعيش، العمل والتعبير عن هويتهم الثقافية بمنتهى الحرية. يعرض الفيلم قصة الأرمن الذين قدموا إلى مصر بعد مذبحة 1915، والأسرار التي تناقلتها الأجيال عبر تلك السنوات
عن المخرج: وحيد صبحي هو مخرج ورئيس تحرير مصري بدأ حياته العملية في عام 2002 كمساعد مخرج في عدد من الأفلام الروائية، وكرئيس تحرير في عام 2006. أصبح صبحي المنتج الدعائي لقناة أون تي في في عام 2009، وأخرج فيلمه الوثائقي الأول في عام 2015.
