رفيق فنان رسام يعيش في فقرٍ مدقع. ذات ليلة، تُسرق دراجته لتجدها الشرطة على سفح منحدر ظناً منهم أن رفيق قد فارق الحياة. فور إعلان وفاته، سرعان ما يزداد الطلب على لوحاته. ينوي رفيق تصحيح الخبر، إلا أن الشعور بالطمع يسيطر عليه فيقرر الاختباء في المرسم بينما تفاوض زوجته فريال على بيع اللوحات، وعندها يقود هذا الوضع بالزوجين إلى عواقب مجهولة. حاز الفيلم جائزة سيناريو الفيلم القصير خلال الأيام السينمائية الجزائرية

Rafiq is a painter who lives in poverty. One night, his bike gets stolen and the police find it after an accident at the bottom of a cliff. His death was announced immediately, and his paintings are requested. He wishes to deny this information, but Rifqi is greedy, so he hides in his studio while his wife Ferial negotiates the sale of his paintings. This situation, however, leads to unintended consequences in the life of this couple. The film has won the Short Film Screenplay Award at the Algerian Cinema Days
