Atelier culinaire : Roumanie
A l’occasion du Mois de la Francophonie, l’Ambassade de Roumanie en Jordanie et l’Institut français de Jordanie vous invitent à participer à l’atelier culinaire « Roumanie » qui sera animé par la Chef Gabriela FAYED le samedi 17 mars 2018 de 10h00 à 13h00 au « Haya Cultural Center ». Les recettes roumaines qui seront préparées avec la Chef sont « ciulama de pui eu ciuperci » (ciulama de poulet et champignons) et « papanasi eu dulceata si smantana » (beignets de fromage frit avec confiture et crème).

Cooking workshop: Romania
In the framework of the “Francophonie Month”, the Embassy of Romania in Jordan and the French Institute of Jordan are pleased to invite you to the Romanian cooking workshop with Chef Gabriela Fayed on Saturday March 17th 2018 at Haya Cultural Center from 10:00AM to 1:00PM. The recipes that will be prepared with the chef are “papanasi cu dulceata si smantana” (fried cheese doughnuts with jam & cream) and “ciulama de pui cu ciuperci” (chicken and mushroom ciulama).
