In Acroyoga we combine elements of Acrobatics, Yoga and Thai Massage to enhance our sense of balance, body control, communication, trust and essentially leading to self awareness and internal peace

In this workshop we will do a playful warm-up, introduce the basic techniques of acroyoga and create a fun flow together and then end the session with flying therapeutics

* No previous experience required (workshop is both for beginners and intermediate acroyogis)

* No needs to bring yoga mats

* No need to bring a partner, but the more the merrier
