سنقوم بتحضير تاباس، غازباتشو من الأندلس، تورتيلا بطاطا، وغيرها.
بعد الطبخ سنتشارك سوية ما صنعته أيدينا!

*بيري إسبانيّة من مواليد أندونيسيا، لها جذور من ألمانيا، أندونيسيا، البرتغال، فرنسا بالإضافة لهولندا. تعشق السفر، ومتخصّصة كشيف في العديد من المطابخ منذ حوالي 20 عاماً، قبل ذلك كانت مصمّمة أزياء، عملت ومازالت تعمل بالتصميم الداخلي بالإضافة للكتابة.

Jadal for Knowledge and Culture and Berry* are happy to invite you to a Spanish Cooking Workshop. If you like Spanish food and would like to learn how to make it on your own for yourself, your family and friends join us at Jadal.
The workshop is going to include preparing the following dishes:
Tapas, Gazpacho from Andalusia, Tortilla patatas, Olives marinadas, and other tasty stuff.
After cooking, we will share and enjoy the food together. It is going to be fun and delicious!

*Berry is a Spanish lady, born in Indonesia, has Dutch, Indonesian, French, Portuhuese and German roots. Loves travelling. Have been a qualified chef and specialized in different cuisines for around 20 years. Before that she was a fashion designer & and interior stylist which she still does.
