في ختام احتفاليتنا بعامنا الـ 30 نقدم أداء موسيقي لطلبة قسم الفنون الموسيقية في كلية الفنون والتصميم في الجامعة الأردنية. يقدم الطلبة من مرحلتي البكالوريوس والماجستير مقطوعات وأغانٍ موسيقية من موروثنا العربي بمصاحبة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية من أكاديميين وفنانين.

يؤكد هذا التعاون على دور الموسيقى في إثراء الثقافة، وكذلك دور دارة الفنون في السعي الى إيجاد علاقة وثيقة مع المجتمع المحلي من جهة/ ومن جهة أخرى اجتذاب الموهوبين والمتميزين، وفي كونها منبراً حيويّاً متجدّداً لفنانين كبار وناشئين على حدٍّ سواء، ومركزاً للممارسات الفنيّة والتجريب يثريه الحوار والتبادل الثقافي والفني.

To conclude the celebration of our 30th anniversary, we present a concert by students of the Department of Music from the University of Jordan. Undergraduate and Postgraduate students will present songs and musical pieces from our Arab heritage, accompanied by faculty members including both academics and artists.

This collaboration is a reaffirmation of the role music plays in enriching our culture. It also highlights Darat al Funun’s role in maintaining a close relationship with the local community and attracting distinguished talents, in addition to offering a dynamic platform for both established and emerging artists and a centre for artistic practice and experimentation that fosters dialogue and cultural and artistic exchange.
