Bad food and service
Dear Texas chicken...


Please note that I visited your branch in amman (Almadina Almonawara street) today 26-8-2016 at 10:30 pm , i was shocked with the service you delivered.


I ordered 2 mega spicy meal with 16 pieces of bomers cheese, after when I received the order i was choked with the shape and taste of the bomers, i asked the waiter if you have changed the shape of the bomers , first he said no , then he asked his manager and he said yes. It is supposed that the casher tells me if there's a change in the taste or the shape of something i im ordering .
I paid 16 JDs and I did not eat anything from the food, and the branch manager he didn't take any action , knowing that im a regular customer to Texas chicken and i will not come back forever.
