well i do believe that some of your employees (in the jordan store) are very rude...

and us "customers" should never treat them nicely ever!!
i visited your store once and one of the employees started talking to me and my friend... and kept on talking and talking... and i heard him only out of politeness!!...
and the all of a sudden when we managed to get-rid of him he and some other employee (who were commenting all the times and we did not want to scream at them or to get them fired as they might be poor)...they started asking him did u get their numbers and giving rudely comments in Arabic!!...

anyway i think your management should be more strict towards your employees!!
