Wear Blue, Run 10 K & Support Autism @ Dead Sea (Jordan)

We are sooo excited for the 10K! Thank you Run Jordan for helping us raise awareness about #Autism.
Are you a runner? Come wear blue t-shirts and Run Jordan will sponsor you to run the 10 K by waiving the registration fee! (1) Register between April 5th and April 12th and be one of our 50 runners. (2) We will distribute the runners’ blue t-shirts and racing numbers on Thursday, April 13th (time to be decided) @ Autism Mena’s office in Khalda. More updates to follow. (3) Since we cannot provide transportation to the dead sea, kindly coordinate your own transportation.
On Friday, April 14th, meet @ 7:15 AM opposite of Crowne Plaza (dead sea) and the race will begin @ 9 AM. The meeting location is about 2 km away from the baptism site. It’s recommended for all runners to leave Amman by 6:30 AM to arrive on time due to high traffic. Also, 10K runners are not allowed to park near the start point.
Haven’t run a 10 K before? No problem! Run as much as you can, then fast walk the rest of the race ;).
If you already paid & registered for the LG Dead Sea race, you can still join us by wearing one of your blue t-shirts to support #Autism.

More information about the route:
-Runners are required to stay on the main road and run in the same direction as normal traffic flow. 10km runners will stay on the main highway to allow the 50km and 21km runners full access to the service road.
-The route will be downhill along the main road to the hotel area. The finish line will be Amman Tourism Beach.
