The couching stitch of Bethlehem is a very unique and delicate stitch that not many practice by hand anymore. We are very proud that we are able to share the knowledge and expertise of an embroiderer that still excels at it.
In this workshop…
1- You will learn the technique & how to do basic patterns
2- You will be introduced to different embroidery motifs on dresses, fabrics and in books
3- You will create your own design from the above inspirations
4- You will execute this design onto your final piece.
