Full Moon Meditation

Come to discover the joy of meditation, relax both body and mind in a power night of the Full Moon this month.

Schedule:
5:00pm-5:30pm Bus leave from Cozmo 7th Circle
6:00pm Registration, welcome drink
6:30pm Mindful stretching and Sunset Meditation
7:00pm Break
7:40pm Welcome speech
7:50pm Light the main candle, everyone Light their own candles.
7:45pm Meditation followed by Loving kindness meditation
8:30pm Meditation session end
8:50pm Tea coffee and sweet
10:30pm Bus leave to Amman

Last day of collecting the ticket: Thursday 6th July, 2017
Please pick up your ticket at No. 21 Sultan Al Adwan Street 2nd floor, Um Summaq
Suggested Donations: 10 JD (with transportation)
8 JD(without transportation)
