Jordan Mediation Law aims to provide the tool that can serve the business community.

Join us for the inspiring two days organized by the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Jordan, in collaboration with the International Mediation Institute – IMI.

Day 1 – Mediation Day will feature words of wisdom from Senator Dr. Bassam Talhouni, HE Mr Mohammad Asfour, Judge Dr. Abdalla Hamamdeh, Judge Ibrahim Salayta and other prominent speakers.

You will have an opportunity to get information on mediation, the current mediation law, the new draft mediation law of 2015 and even a glimpse of a live mediation to give you a taste of how mediation works in reality.

Day 2 will feature IMI Day (Part 1) and New Mediation Law Roundtable (Part 2)

Part 1 will introduce the work of IMI – International Mediation Institute in making mediation more known and accepted by business and professional community, empowering mediation to become a globally recognized profession and supporting international, national, governmental and non-governmental, professional and educational organizations and communities to adopt mediation as a useful tool in negotiation and conflict management.

Part 2 will be devoted to the discussion of the challenges, opportunities and benefits of the new Mediation Law. The Roundtable aims to hold a professional open discussion and encourages the participants to come up with specific information and even recommendations to the parliament and the senate where the new Mediation Law is going to be presented and discussed.

لا بد من حصول النزاعات. تعتمد التجربه على طريقه التعامل مع هذه النزاعات , لذلك تسعى الشركات الى ايجاد افضل السبل لتسويه النزاعات الداخليه والخارجيه. الطرق البديله لحل النزاعات, وخاصه الوساطه، قد اصبحت الاختيار المفضل لدى الشركات والمستثمرين لحل النزاعات. ومواكبه مع هذا التطور قامت الحكومه باصدار قانون وساطه قي عام ٢٠٠٦ يوفر طريقه جيده تخدم القطاعات التجاريه والصناعيه والاستثماريه.

سيتمكن المشاركون من الحصول علي معلومات عن الوساطه، قانون الوساطه ٢٠٠٦، مسوده القانون المقترح ٢٠١٥. هذا بالاضافه الى الاطلاع على لمحه لجلسه وساطه لتقديم فكره واضحه عن كيفيه عمل الوساطه

اليوم الثاني- يكون من جزئين: الاول يوم المعهد الدولي للوساطه والثاني “طاوله مستديره”
الجزء الاول يقدم نبذه عن المعهد والعمل الذي يقوم به كمؤسسه تعنى بتاهيل الوسطاء في العالم، وتعمل علي نشر الوعي ودعم المؤسسات المحليه والعالميه، الحكوميه والغير حكوميه، المهنيه والتعليميه وذلك لتصبح الوساطه طريقه فعاله في المفاوضات وحل النزاعات.
اما الجزء الثاني فهو عباره عن نقاش مفتوح يشمل التحديات والفرص التي يوفرها القانون الجديد المقترح ، بهدف الخروج بمعلومات و بمقترحات عمليه تخدم النقاش الذي سيقام في اللجان القانونيه في مجلسي النواب والاعيان خاصه.
