This Friday we are happy to introduce the delicious Brisket pop-up, from The Butcher and The Chef, at Carakale tasting room on March 23rd serving Brisket from 5-8 PM, or until the last slice is served.
Enjoy fresh brisket, with fresh out of tap beer, and the best view in town!
Platters include:
12hr mesquite smoked brisket, smokey BBQ sauce, horseradish cream, pickled red onions & brioche buns. All served with a side of mac n’ cheese & pomegranate tabouleh.
No reservations or entry fees.
