Bad Experience
Bad experience, rude employees, fake offers;
I bought a TV with a free gift from 7th circle branch, they give me another gift with a lower quality and price.
When I talked to the branch manager, he was shouting at me infront of other customers, and told me that it is a free gift and you must accept anything, and we (as SmartBuy) only talk but don't do..

V.bad style of sales 7th circular.bought cleaner.as the best BRAND and paid 158 jd.was very bad experience efused to return refused to exchange though guarantee was one year.they claimed it requires new filters .How come .new filters for new cleaner. Means used
