C.NOTE
Dear Customer service,
I am a regular customer to your shop in Macca mall, i had a small C.Note of 6.60JD.
Against a return i did in the past .I Was not able to visit your shop recently ,and last week i was in the shop to buy but my C.NOTE was refused as it was expired .
I understand that the sales people are not authorized to ,but i am wondering if i lost the money and what happen with such extra money as the stuff took the receipts with my phone number on them to call back.one week have passed with no reply ..

Cashiers at Mecca mall branch need to learn how to respect paying customers. Don't throw clothes and fold them properly. I was in line and the Cashiers are terribles accusing me of cutting line then serve me with bad facial expression wtf!!!.
