i would like to express my anger from your staff at the customer care line and on the wheels
my turn to give us water every thursday, and many times they skip us
last thursday the salesman didnt come and i thought i have enough so i will not complain i will wait until next thursday ie today 9 feb
we already prepare the bottles outside from wednesday night along with the coupons and make sure that the dog is not free
i called the call centre three times, first time at 9 am and she promised to make the salesman pass today, (you may hear the recorded call) then my husband called after one hour and the lady told him that we already promised your wife to delay it until saturday, which was not the case
then i phoned the lady again and told me until saturday i told her we do not have water for until saturday, then i asked for the manager (fadi or fahed i cant remember) then he said after calling the driver that he will pass by at the end of his job today,
plus he tried to argue on why do i think the sales man is not passing by though he goes to all the neibours?
this is not a question to be asked
sorry but this is your job to check why? not to ask me why
it is 6pm now and yet the salesman didnt show up

I would like to tell jordanians not to join the services of Nestle water distribution, the reason is that they have very poor services as thet claim they do not have enough production line to meet the custumers requirments, I have been asking for water supply for the last week and they promissed me every day to send the distributer but they did not meet their promisses. I have talked to the sales and distribution supervisors but it seems they could do nothing about it. By the way this is repeatedly happened since I joind their service sometimes in last september 2011.

Undelivery of water
I would like to complain about the water delivery, this is the second week that they do not deliver us any water,every. I've we call the guy in charged the car, he says that. Hey ran out of water, this is not the first time. If t his is the excuse I would appreciate of you tell your customers so we try to find another water company where they respect their timing and faithful to their customers. And not only that your hi line number what's t he reason of having it if no one answers.

COMPLAINT - WATER SUPPLY SERVICE
Kindly note that you should STOP the service during the month of Ramdan due to the fact that your distribution network has failed us for the 3 continuous years to deliver on time during this month. On top of that your customer service, literally lie every time we call them (we have been calling them every working day since last Wednesday and they have been saying the distribution team will deliver today, tomorrow, it is on its way, until what time are you there, assuring us of delivery. WE wish they would not lie and just let us know that we can simply get back up support water so it will save us the hassle and waste of our professional time with highly unprofessional people (since they lie and fail to deliver every time). Your customer service represents your company.... and this tells us a lot about the management style. Otherwise, prove us wrong by addressing this issue seriously and objectively so as not to loose any further business, and loyal clients like us. We are terribly dissatisfied and annoyed with this scenario and our office has been without water for more than 10 days now!.

I have been a cutomer of nestle for the 5 years.. I live abroad and every summer I come to amman for 3 months. Today , I called the driver to supply water bottels, since he already supplies the neighbors. He said ill be back inshalaha..never showed up called the company...very bad customer service I said I want to cancel my subscription. They said they had no records of my subscription , and if I can find the recipe of the bottels.after 5 years..total rip off...I already switched another company.

Called nestle water to replace it BUT promised to replace it on thu 23 Aug
Despite two calls didn't receive replacement
As a good customer I bought from the supermarket Nestle bottles to see when inshallah we will receive the replacement

promised to do so on next toor Thursday - IMAGINE I HAVE TO WAIT 2 DAYS - for Nestle mistake
Thursday did not receive the bottle
Saturday called again and received the bottle saturday noon by separate van - here there is service -
i am not completely satisfied , as i had to go and buy ( still as a loyal customer ) i bought Nestle water from the supermarket .

Each time the lady on the phone promised that she will be sending me water right the next day.
Recently they didnt come on saturday-which is my turn in water distribution- and when i complained on sunday they promised me to send somone on monday, we are on wednesday and i still didnt get any water.
I wonder how did nestle jordan earn the ISO with such a service.
Bearing in mind I've been a nestle customer for six yesrs now.
