I wanna rent a CAR !!!
I was looking for a car more then 15 mins !!!
but I cen't see anything here, why do I have to read everything in this page to findout what I'm looking for !!!!

The worst ever
Visiting the UAE and Amman from the US, I wanted to enjoy my time. When I wanted to select a rental car. I selected Avis because my experience with them in the US hAs been great, right. But that couldn't be any further from reality.
This Avis Amman has the most disrespecting employees to the customer, the worst cars that have airbag sensors not working. They believe that if the car is running, then all is good and other things in the car do not matter.
The employees and management would lie about the car and rate in your face, but if you catch their lie, they will raise their voice at you.
I doubt any of they had reserved any customer service training before. I also doubt that Avis amman has any minimal requirement or education prior to hiring their staff. Each one of the employees acts as he is the manager, and tells you that he is the manager. If you question why something is done this way, thy will tell you that is us "An International Law"; but I doubt these people raven know any international laws.
I will never rent again from Avis any where in the world..

Avis is the worst company in Jordan. I am surprised their corporate office does not see what cars they are renting people. Very unsafe, very greedy, big liars too.
