We had one of the worst experience with this company. I called them two weeks before our arrival, and confirmed one day before, they assured me that they will give us a very good car. We got one of the most dirtiest cars we've ever rented. When we complained they said to wait couple of days and they will reward us with a better car, an that they will compensate us with the price. We got an OK car but they did not consider a discount for the price that we paid on the first car.
