They say leave a comment, seems like noone cares to read these comments, very disappointing! And they treat customers so bad, once i went to mecca st. Branch, it was ten minutes before their closing time, the guy inside refused to open the door! As if he owns the company!!.

I bought samsung galaxy y two months ago
and so far i have 2 problems with it
1st : when i call someone or when i answer a phone call the mobile screen shuts down and it doesnt work again until i shut it down and open it again
2nd : the camera stopped working .. When i try to open it, this msg come out "camera failed
ErrorMessageHandler.handleMessage(-1)"
So what can i do ?.

My problem started when I send the phone to your maintenance office on Saturday 30th March and on Sunday 31st March confirming it was fixed . Since the problem keep appears I send it again on Wednesday 3rd April and second day they sent message confirming the phone is ready and there is no issue !!!
I am very upset for wasting my time and efforts as the issue became losing my contact numbers , applications , net connections and finally I got the answer " no issue " !!!
You are company providing services and you should care of your customers and make sure to appreciate their valuable time
I'll make sure to inform each person I know to beware of services before buying mobiles to avoid such disappointed !!!.

Having PCI warranty on your mobile doesnt means your mobile is guaranteed, the common excuse always coming from PCI officer (liquid on your mobile) fixing cost similar to purchasing new mobile!
What a tricky way to increase sales!!!!!
Either mobile quality is poor or service bad.
We didnt pay only device price we purchased service as well but unfortunately its bad..

I have purchased note5 Samsung mobile 2 months ago, actually it is a great device with all its applications but the wireless charger of it is the worst charger I have seen ever, it can't be charged to use it if I am out of a closed area or in the car it works only when connected to an electricity outlet which is so unpractical for a "wireless charger" ...
Hoping that the company will take this into consideration in the next version of such devices .....
