the A/C not working
when the air condioner turned off the all lights lighting and not responding to any command from the remot Please advice .

When you phone the offices to ask for your delivery time,first they will say we will call you back in ten minutes then, then twenty minutes pass and you will call again and the person is not in his office , can you call after ten minutes then you call, then another person,and you spend your day on the phone with vestel. viva vestl. I do not know how someone can invest big amounts of money and not hire people who are professionals who carry his business and let it grow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
