Repair of a TV remote controller
I talked today, Monday Dec 30, over the phone with the main office of this company inquiring about repair of one on/off button in the remote controller of my Konka TV. I was advised to change the remote controller at a cost of JD 25. later in the day I took the remote controller to a local repair shop where it was repaired in few minutes at NO COST as it was a very simple job.
Please be more cooperative with your customers if you want to promote your merchandize
