good morning and hope you well.
the shipment under the above Tracking number had been collected from your side addressed to Italy and stuck there ( with Italy customs ) due to D/T on it around 141 EUR , so we immediatly spoke with Ms Tamara and informed her the status about the D/T on it, she adviced us let us check with her GM and within one week will feed you back , after one week she adviced us that destroy it but Unfortunately Italy customs didnt has this option and just you have to either pay the D/T on it or Return to shipper and charge the transportaion charges under Shipper Acc # , immediatly she answered me that will never pay that and this is FedEx mistake.
Please we need your hard assistance for this issue about the bill of that to must be collect it.
