Gentlemen naseem dada agents Beko,
I had bought from one of your branches refrigerator Side By Side, according to specifications catalog in Gallery in Medina Street , has sent me a refrigerator without Options, and when reviewing the branch told me that the final shipment we received without that option, and reviewed the administration have been tried as well shortcomings but technically did not succeed.
Later problem remained unchanged pending the resolution of your administration and were to no avail.
I'm still 3 months ago pending resolution by promises and eventually offered me your company's so-called gift and this is the best offer the company, and this is what I reject it completely as a customer was cheated and I will do all in my power to restore my right.
