Difficulty in reaching you by phone
To whom it may concern
It is so frustrating to try to talk to someone in your organization because you keep the caller waiting for a long time while you shower him with advertising talk and when we reach the telephone operator and ask to talk to a particular department, WOW that's another agony of waiting not to mention the repeated hearing of your advertising talk and then the line goes dead and so does the credit of the mobile phone. You want to know how efficient your people are then call your office as if you're a customer who doesn't know the extension number of the person with whom you want to talk. I am sure you will go nuts and change the whole of your telephone answering system that is if you do care about the quality and efficiency of service that you provide.
Second matter is this message once it reaches you do you know to who you should reply? That is for sure because you did not ask for the email address of the person who writes these notes. May be your people don't care. Well my email address is ***** and my phone number is ***** and I look forward to a reply or a call
