I purchased a Bosch dryer MAXX 7 few years ago from Diyab Al-Qawasmi & Sons Co. Early this year (around end of February) the machine stopped working due to a problem with the water tank censor, as it indicates that the tank is full while it is empty.
I informed the above mentioned company about the problem, and I would like to point out the following:-
1- It took the maintenance people over 40 days to visit us.
2- The machine could not be fixed at home, and therefore, it is shipped to the workshop.
3- After over 10 days they returned it, but the machine did not work, and the maintenance man claimed that the problem is from the electric plug. However it did work on an extension (because there is no earth).
4- We find out later, that the machine does not stop even if the water tank is full. I called the maintenance person to inform him about this problem and his replay was the tank should be empty after two cycles).
5- The problem is still without solving up to-date.
Finally, and in view of the above mentioned points, I have no faith on this company,
And this far away from Bosch standard..

The company has problem in post sales commitment, they don't hold their promises, once the sales is made they ignore you and they are roud over the phone. I will not buy any thing from this dealer, too bad Bosch has an agent like this one, which is far from Bosch standards.
