I bought a Samsung washing machine, something went wrong with it, contacted your -so called- specialist, after 3 days of waiting,he said he is coming very soon, he even said we are very close around your house, give us just 5 minutes to be with you; I've been waiting for another 4 days for the lousy 5 to end.
He even does not answer my calls anymore.
I will write an email to Samsung company headquarters in Korea to report this, because I paid good money for my purchase, and yet I get this unacceptable service.
l recently found out that so many customers complain of the same problem as well.
I tried to end my comment with a "thank you" but couldn't..
