Dear manager
I have purchased one piece of BENKON dish washer machine, silver in colour, After we removed the cover I found two defects:
1) the door is not perfectly and accurately closed from one upper corner.
2) The body has hit or uneven from one side.
I did not install it and subsequently it is still unused.
Since 3 weeks, I kept trying to call the supplier to change it with no positive response.
I seek your help to let them react with me and solve this problem, either change it with new silver one, or return my money.
I appreciate your understanding and help.
