Our true nature as loving and compassionate souls was something I came to know in my own near-death experience in 2011 after I gave birth to my daughter. I was in a coma that lasted for ten days. Remembering home, the one that is beyond this earth, started me on a heart-filling journey, I travelled the world and studied the arts of healing and hypnotherapy under many different teachers. It became clear to me that guiding people to remember their truth, heal, rewrite their stories and start shining is why I literally came back from the other side.<\/p>\n

\nI am one of the Certified teachers in the Grandmaster Reiki Academy, I life coach and partner at Thea soul-chology in Jordan I help people to find hope in their lives. because am just like you brought to believe that am week and disempowered to go after that in a journey of healing to awaken the warrior within me.<\/p>\n

My journey started as a graphic designer in 2001 and then left the field to follow my dream as an energy healer and a life coach, I traveled to England, Scotland, Bali, Turkey to enhance my knowledge and take it from the source. One of my favorite activities is the ecstatic Dance and guided meditation that I host for almost 4 years.<\/p>\n

\nI started my Journey 8 Years ago in beautiful New Zealand.
\nMy first big Travel far away from Home. Here on the other side of the world where my old life, which
\nwas focused on outer circumstances, was far far away, I felt the urge to come in closer contact to
\nmyself. To my inner true self, I attended my first Yoga Class. At first I was skeptical.
\nHow should Yoga be different from other ordinary exercises?
\nI have to admit that nothing changed immediately, but this feeling of bliss and calmness, which
\narised, made me keep going on and on.
\nI realized everything you are facing during your practice, is just a mirror of your daily life.
\nOvercoming the inner laziness, listening to your body sensations, giving the permission to rest,
\nchallenge yourself and letting go whatever pops up, doesn\u2019t matter if you judge it as good or bad,
\njust observe and let it flow.
\nDon\u2019t be attached to anything. That is Freedom.
\nOvercoming difficulties through the movement of the Body, controlling the Breath, gaining inner
\nwisdom through Meditation.
\nDuring my studies to become Physical Therapist and alternative Mediciner in Germany, I continued
\nmy daily Yoga practice.
\nBut I felt I wanted to teach what helped me the most, so I decided to travel to India and attend a
\n500 Hrs Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Teacher Training in Rishikesh, on the
\nfeet of the holy Himalayas.
\nAfter that, a transformative Vipassana Mediation Course in Sri Lanka.
\nWere you held up 10 days in complete silence.
\nFollowed by a second Journey deep into the heights of the Himalayas, were I devoted myself into the
\ndaily life of two Ashrams to study more about the Indian Vedic Philosophies.
\nI continued giving several Yoga and Meditation courses, and teached private Lessons for my Clients and Patients. Next to teaching, learning more and new content is the biggest priority. Over all if I want to describe my Yoga Style\u2026 It is freestyle. A harmonized mixture of old Traditional Yoga and free intuitive Movements guided from the Breath. Giving the tools to unify the body, mind and soul. This is what Yoga originally means. The Union. Becoming whole again. Finding back home.<\/p>\n
