Thai-Yoga-Massage is an ancient healing technique, closely related to yoga and Ayurveda. Through passive meditative stretches, the giver helps in re-establishing the balance of energies within the receivers body, strengthening the bodys immune system, to both heal and prevent injures and illnesses.<\/p>\n
In this 2-day workshop, we will spend 2.5 hours each day studying the fundamental techniques of Thai-Yoga-Massage where you will get a chance to both give and receive.<\/p>\n
The first day we will work on the front side of the body, and the second day we will work on the back side of the body.<\/p>\n
After this workshop you will be able to give a 3 hours proper Thai-Yoga-Massage.<\/p>\n
You don’t have to bring a partner, but the more people the better \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
