In Acroyoga we combine elements of Acrobatics, Yoga and Thai Massage to enhance our sense of balance, body control, communication, trust and essentially leading to self awareness and internal peace<\/p>\n
In this workshop we will do a playful warm-up, introduce the basic techniques of acroyoga and create a fun flow together and then end the session with flying therapeutics<\/p>\n
* No previous experience required (workshop is both for beginners and intermediate acroyogis)<\/p>\n
* No needs to bring yoga mats<\/p>\n
* No need to bring a partner, but the more the merrier<\/p>\n
