There is a saying: \u2018Bodies fall dead, while ideas never die\u2019. We, the children of other cities, hold the same saying to heart. The Homeland is an idea that never dies and that our return is inevitable.
\nToday, in solidarity with the Marches of Return in Gaza, we ask you to join us in a visual and musical exhibition: “Sound and Color for Gaza\u201d.<\/p>\n
The four-day exhibition will begin on the 30th of August and run until the 2nd of September and will be held at Zara Expo. The exhibit will showcase visual artworks, ranging from painting to photography, by various artists across the Arab region.<\/p>\n
Each day will feature a different musical performance from local talent. In honour of opening night, Sound and Color for Gaza presents the musician Tareq Al Nasser. Local bands El-Morabba3 and Garaseen will perform on the second day. Ayloul will perform on the third day of the exhibition. The closing performance on the fourth and final day will be Ghaem Jozi.<\/p>\n
The proceeds from this exhibition will be donated to the Union of Health Work Committees (UHWC) in Gaza to aid in supporting medical teams in their heroic act of treating those injured in our beloved Gaza strip.<\/p>\n
