Il veut \u00e9vacuer 300 enfants en bas \u00e2ge, officiellement victimes de la guerre civile. Un avion doit les conduire en France, o\u00f9 les attendent les parents candidats \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption, qui sont aussi les financeurs de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration. Entour\u00e9 d&#8217;une \u00e9quipe de volontaires, des m\u00e9decins, pompiers, infirmi\u00e8res, ainsi que de Laura, sa compagne, et de Fran\u00e7oise, la journaliste qui couvre l&#8217;exp\u00e9dition, Jacques va de d\u00e9convenues en d\u00e9convenues.
