Experience yoga this Saturday at Shams with back to back classes to get energized, revitalized and balanced. We will be hosting Gigi, Rula and Dany to give a sequence of classes that are great separately but even better when done together.<\/p>\n
Program:
\n3:30pm – 4:30pm Sacred Activation Vinyasa Flow w\/ Gigi
\n5pm – 6pm Yoga Mandala for Balance w\/ Rula
\n6:30pm – 7:30pm Gentle Heart Opening Flow w\/ Dany<\/p>\n
Entrance fees:
\n-12 JDs \/ class<\/p>\n
*Kindly Arrive 10 minutes before your desired class.
\n*Tickets can be purchased from Shams Shop at Beit Shams.
\n*Bring your own mat or towel, but don’t worry we’ve got extra mats.
