Hello Weekly Walkers!<\/p>\n
\nOn Friday, June 2nd, join us as we hike together through Wadi Himara by the Dead Sea (1.5k each way).This will be an easy to moderate hike for a change of pace.
\nThe hike begins at Wadi Himara, where you will have the chance to see rainwater pools!
\nAt the end of the walk, we will enjoy lunch together and have a chance to take in the awesome scenery and the camaraderie of your fellow Weekly Walkers!
\nThere are several tricky rock steps which require the use of hands and feet, so your feet will be getting wet.<\/p>\n
Time: Approximately 4 hours
\nChallenge: Easy – moderate!<\/p>\n
\n***Suitable for first time hikers!<\/p>\n
Provisional Itinerary:
\n07:45 Meet in the large car park between Abdoun Mall and Mirabelle Restaurant
\n08:00 Leave Amman
\n09:30 Arrive at starting point and start the hike.
\n11:30 Lunch break.
\n15:00 Arrive back in Amman<\/p>\n
*Please note the return time to Amman is approximate, as it depends on the pace of the group during the day.<\/p>\n
The price for this Weekly Walk is 30 JD, and includes the following:<\/p>\n

*Tips & Advice*<\/p>\n
\u2022 Please bring sufficient drinking water for the trip. We advise at least 3 liter per adult.
\n\u2022 We encourage you bring efficient sun protection, including hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
\n\u2022 Make sure you wear comfortable, supportive shoes, appropriate hiking clothing, and anything else you may need in a daypack.
\n\u2022 Please take age into consideration. Walkers are expected to be able to keep the general pace of the group. If they are not used to walking distances, please consider trying one of the Easy walks before progressing to Moderate or Difficult.<\/p>\n
