The Goethe-Institut invites you to pass by after work to meet us, network and find out more about our current projects. Every Thursday we will present a new motto, on April 13, 2017 we will focus on the \u201c1001 Pages\u201d literature and storytelling project.<\/p>\n
THE PROJECT: \u201e1001 Pages. Books for Young People\u201c
\n\u201c1001 Pages. Books for Young People\u201d is a literature project aimed at young people from the Arabic-speaking world. It comprises the publication, in Arabic translation, of a number of books that are among the most popular and successful works of the past decades in Germany. The books are directed at young and adult readers.<\/p>\n
OPEN THURSDAY
\nDo you work for an organisation that for example runs a library for youth or do you work in the field of reading promotion? Then pass by to chat to our project team about possible collaborations!
\nThis week we will be joined by Hala Budeir who will host a storytelling session based on the theatre play \u201cAnd High up a Raven\u201d involving the \u201c1001 Pages\u201d books.<\/p>\n
