Sharing personal stories, thoughts and feelings within a supportive environment; observing how others deal with their own issues; giving and receiving the sense of belonging, acceptance and validation are some of the therapeutic values of group therapy.

\nThis series is a safe, yet daring opportunity to dig deeper within the psyche, touch upon unexplored personal spaces and externalize emotions.<\/p>\n
Who can join:
\nAdult Self-development seekers. No prior art experience is required. Together, we will awaken the intuitive artists within us.
\nThe groups will be kept very small to allow each participant sufficient engagement time.<\/p>\n

\n100 JD for a package of 3 group sessions.
