JCI Amman cordially invites you to attend our meeting at Amman Chamber of Commerce, Wednesday February 8th, 2017 at 7:00 pm sharp, where we will be hosting the cartoonist Mr. Omar Al Abdullat.<\/p>\n
About Mr. Omar Al Abdullat:<\/p>\n
A Jordanian Artist, his passion for painting began to show at a young age, he won his first prize for drawings in a global competition during the first intifada in 1987.<\/p>\n
He studied graphic design, and worked with it, he began to publish his cartoon drawings on various websites on the Internet, and then moved to posting on local newspapers pages.<\/p>\n
In 2006 he started to think about starting his own online publication, so \u201c3ala Rasi\u201d saw the light a year after in 2007. Kharabeesh & 3ala Rasi merged together in 2011, and Omar AlAbdallat became the Art Director at Khrabeesh, yet he did not leave \u201c3ala Rasi\u201d and he remained the voice of \u201cAwad Abu Sheffeh\u201d and director of the show.<\/p>\n
