DESCRIPTION:بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للاجئين،\nيسر الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام\nبالتعاون مع المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين\nدعوتكم لحضور عرض الفيلم الوثائقي “جن الزعتري”\nالثلاثاء 20 حزيران 2017\nالساعة التاسعة والنصف مساءً\nالهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام ، جبل عمان، الدوار الأول، 5 شارع عمر بن الخطاب (نهاية شارع الرينبو) \nعن الفيلم: \nالثلاثاء 20 حزيران\nجن الزعتري\nالساعة التاسعة والنصف مساءً \nكاثرين فان كامبن، 90 دقيقة، وثائقي، بالعربية مع ترجمة إلى الإنجليزية، هولندا، 2016 \nالأطفال خبراء في خلق الأشياء من العدم: حشوة من الورق تتحول إلى كرة قدم وحشرتان اثنتان تمثلان حديقة للحيوانات.\n“جن الزعتري” فيلم حميمي مميز يروي صمود الأطفال. وسط الصحراء الأردنية، أقيمت بضع خيام لمئات من اللاجئين السوريين. سرعان ما نشأ مخيم الزعتري: “بلدة” جديدة تنتشر فيها الأكواخ والكرافانات بشكل ارتجالي حيث أكثر من نصف سكانها من الأطفال. \nفي عيون أربعة أطفال، يتسنى لنا أن نرى ونشعر كيف للمرء أن يكبر في مثل هذا المكان في ظل شح الموارد والإمكانيات ولكن بوجود كمَ هائل من الأحلام. قد يكون الزعتري مكانا دون تاريخ أو مستقبل، ولكنه بمثابة بيت لهؤلاء الأطفال. \nفاز الفيلم في المسابقة الهولندية لمهرجان أمستردام الدولي للأفلام الوثائقية ومسابقة الوقوف في مهرجان كليفلاند السينمائي الدولي ومسابقة حقوق الإنسان في مهرجان تيسالونيكي للأفلام الوثائقية ومسابقة الأفلام الوثائقية الجديدة في مهرجان “فل فرايم” للأفلام الوثائقية. كما شارك في منتدى فريبورغ السينمائي ومهرجان تشاغرين للأفلام الوثائقية. \nOn the Occasion of World Refugee Day\nThe Royal Film Commission – Jordan\nin cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) invites you to attend the screening of the documentary “Zaatari Djinn”\nTuesday 20 June 2017\n9:30 PM\nThe Royal Film Commission – Jordan\, Jebel Amman\, 1st Circle\, 5 Omar Bin Khattab St.(off Rainbow Street) \nAbout the film \nTuesday 20 June\nZaatari Djinn\n9:30 PM \nCatherine Van Campen\, 90 min\, Documentary\, Arabic with English subtitles\, Netherlands\, 2016 \nChildren are experts at creating something out of nothing. A wad of paper becomes a soccer ball\, two insects a zoo. \n“Zaatari Djinn” is an exceptionally intimate portrait of the resilience of children. In the middle of the Jordanian desert\, tents were set up for hundreds of refugees. Then\, quick as lightning\, arose Zaatari\, a new “city” with improvised shacks and caravans where over half the population are children. \nThrough the eyes of four children\, we get to see and feel what it is like to grow up in Zaatari\, with very little resources or prospects\, but with the capacity to dream. It may be a place without a history or a future\, but for the children it is a home. \nThe film has reaped awards at the Dutch Competition at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam\, the Standing Up Competition at Cleveland International Film Festival\, the Human Rights Competition at Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival and the NEW DOCS Competition at Full Frame Documentary Film Festival. It also featured at the Freiburg Film Forum and Chagrin Documentary Film Festival.
