Integration there is tough and something needs to be done! Local entrepreneur Patrik Andersson has an idea\, why not use sport as a bridge to get people closer to each other? And so guys who have never known temperatures below 20 degrees become the first ever Somali national team for Bandy ice hockey and make it to the World Championship in Siberia. \nBravely doing something that hasn’t been done before\, they are determined to make it all the way to Siberia. The road there will be bumpy\, but knowing that they will be standing on the ice\, singing along to their national anthem\, playing for their country\, gives them the strength to carry on. \nA story on racism and fear\, but also on overcoming them sometimes with a smile\, an extra punch and a lot of training. \nThe film has won the Audience Award at Budapest International Documentary Festival and the Audience Award at Hamburg Film Festival. It was also nominated for the Audience Award at Amsterdam International Documentary Film Festival. \nالثلاثاء 25 تموز\nالموجة\nالساعة الثامنة مساءً \nرور أوثوغ، 105 دقائق، دراما وإثارة، بالنرويجية والإنجليزية مع ترجمة إلى العربية، النرويج، 2015 \nيتلقى كريستيان إيكفغورد، وهو عالم في الجيولوجيا، عرض عمل خارج المدينة. لدى استعداده للانتقال من مدينة جيرانجر رفقة عائلته، يقيس هو وزملاؤه تغيرات جيولوجية في محطة تحت الأرض. \nيراود كريستيان الشعور بالقلق إذ ان أسوأ كابوس لديه على وشك أن يتحقق. يدق ناقوس الخطر وتصبح الكارثة أمراً لا مفر منه عندما ينهار الجبل فوق المضيق ويخلق تسونامي عنيفا يبلغ ارتفاعه 85 مترا. مع مهلة تقل عن عشرة دقائق لتدارك المشكلة، ينقلب الحال إلى سباق مع الزمن من أجل إنقاذ أكبر عدد ممكن من الأرواح بما فيهم أسرته. \nكان العرض العالمي الأول لفيلم “الموجة” في مهرجان تورونتو السينمائي الدولي. وحصد الفيلم جائزة أفضل فيلم نرويجي عرض تجاريا وكذلك جوائز أفضل صوت وأفضل مؤثرات بصرية في حفل جوائز “أماندا”. أما في حفل جوائز “كانون” لعام 2016، فقد فاز الفيلم بأفضل ممثل في دور رئيسي وأفضل منتج وأفضل مونتاج وأفضل تصميم إنتاج. \nوقد رشحت النرويج فيلم “الموجة” للتنافس في حفل جوائز الأوسكار الـ88 في فئة أفضل فيلم بلغة أجنبية\nTuesday 25 July\nThe Wave\n8:00 PM \nRoar Uthaug\, 105 min\, Action/ Drama/ Thriller\, Norwegian and English with Arabic subtitles\, Norway\, 2015 \nExperienced geologist Kristian Eikfjord accepts a job offer out of town. As he gets ready to move from the city of Geiranger with his family\, he and his colleagues measure small geological changes in the underground. \nKristian gets worried and his worst nightmare is about to come true\, when the alarm goes off and the disaster is inevitable when the mountain pass above the scenic narrow Norwegian fjord Geiranger collapses and creates an 85-meter high violent tsunami. With less than 10 minutes to react\, it becomes a race against time in order to save as many as possible\, including his own family. \n“The Wave” had its International Premiere at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival. It received the award for Best Norwegian Film in Theatrical Release as well as the awards for Best Sound Design and Best Visual Effects at the Amanda Awards. At the Kanon Awards for 2016\, the movie has won Best Male Actor in a Leading Role\, Best Producer\, Best Editing\, and Best Production Design. \nIt was Norway’s official submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards.
