DESCRIPTION:In 2018\, the European Union in Jordan created and funded RISE Talent Contest to promote & celebrate Jordan’s youth talent & creativity in different artistic dimensions. \nAfter a successful 1st edition\, the initiative is happening again this year\, now larger and organized by EUNIC Jordan. Youngsters from all over the kingdom compete in four different categories: playing\, singing\, dancing and creating. \nA call was launched between August and October 2019. The contest attracted over 100 applicants which were assessed and pre-selected by a jury composed of Jehad Hadad (playing)\, Hind Hamed (singing) Ra’ed Ibrahim (creating) and Abd Al Hadi Abunahleh (dancing). \nFeaturing 16 participants\, the final talent show and award-ceremony will take place on Saturday\, 16th November 2019 at Al-Hussein Cultural Center – Ras Al Ain. Between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. \nFree entrance 🙂
