DESCRIPTION:Let us take you on a unique journey\, meet the people of Petra\, taste the delicious cuisine\, hike along the traditional irrigation canals and partake in the annual olive harvest!\nThursday:\nArrive in Petra in time for dinner. After checking into your accomodation\, enjoy a delicous home cooked meal with a local family. Eating in Petra with a local family will allow you to taste the love and pride that Jordanian food is cooked with\, not only filling your stomachs but also your hearts. Get to know your hosts and feel at home.\nFriday:\nYour local host will meet you at your accomodation early morning and take you to the start of this mornings hike. Your local host will guide you through one of Wadi Musa’s valleys\, following the direction of the the traditional irrigation canals which begin at Musa Spring. Learn the importance and history of a part of life which has not changed for centuries.
