DESCRIPTION:Next Level MENA is a turning point where everyone will have the ability to unlock the full potential and brand new experience to exploring\, innovating and connecting with curious and creative individuals within the agile community of gleaming and promising opportunities. \nOur goal in this event is to give you the clarity\, confidence and skills to adapt and thrive in today’s ever-changing world and to inspire you to catalyze purposeful change at your organization/work. The applied nature of the workshop allows you to test your ideas\, get feedback and refresh your problem-solving skills with the group. \n\nWhat’s it about?\nParachute16 and I Learn have collaborated putting untiring efforts to design\, organize and launch the encompassing platform where a wholly new approach that breaks the barriers in business is applied. During only 6 hours\, you’ll be able to learn new skills and staff with tools to tackle your project\, startup or move on with your current one. \nNextLevel is a new interactive experience of events where you will explore new ways of innovation dialogues\, discover new opportunities & inspiring case studies and connect with new stakeholders to take your life and venture into the NextLevel. \nWhat are the main sections the event will follow? \n1. Innovation dialogues:\nWhether you have an idea for an inspiring project in mind and looking for investment channels through which you can boost your startups and let your ideas shine\, or you’re facing some obstacles setting up your things and you need a practical solutions that save you time\, efforts and lots of money. All you need is here! Through this innovation dialogues\, you will be immersed in collaborative and high-energy learning environment that mirrors the modern workplace dynamics.\nWe value both professional and personal development and we seek to help you achieve that by supporting you with new methods\, tools and knowledge to develop your abilities and bring birth to your ideas.\nWhat Innovation dialogues will learn you?\n– Understand the entrepreneurship landscape\n– Be familiar with diverse digital channels\n– Strategically plan for transformative solutions\n– Idea generation\, selection\, and development\n– Leadership and group dynamics\n– Discuss the impact digital has on business\n– Experiencing an experiential (experience based) learning model\n-Being able to communicate in a direct and clear way \n2. Panel discussion:\nWe invited change/decision makers to be able to interact with youth participants and hear about solutions they found and their understanding of the situations proposed in the previous phase\, in addition to discuss their ability to leverage their skills. An interactive communication will be held by these experienced to share knowledge\, skills\, concepts and mindsets they follow to make that better life therein. \n3. Case Study:\nCase Study workshop is an intensive 2 hours learning journey for working professionals/ upcoming entrepreneurs who aspire to sharpen their strategic mind. You will work hand-in-hand with industry leaders\, entrepreneurs\, and your fellow participants to solve 5 – 6 real world problems in real time. تعلم مهارات جديدة وأساليب متميزة، لتقوم بتطبيقها على فكرتك الناشئة أو مشروعك الحالي للانتقال به إلى مرحلة متقدمة والتسريع في عجلة نموه.\nففعالية NextLevel تمثل تجربة تفاعلية جديدة ستمكن المشاركين بها دعوتهم لمناقشة الحلول التي خرجوا بها والمهارات التي تتطرقوا إليها في الفقرات السابقة وسبل تنميتها. بالإضافة إلى كل هذا، سيقوم أصحاب الخبرة وشبكة كبيرة من الملهمين بمشاركة تجاربهم العملية ومعرفتهم مع الحضور ليتمكن الشباب الطموح من الوصول إلى هويته في عالم الأعمال والريادة والتعرف على طرق تفكير هؤلاء الملهمين وكيف استطاعوا تحقيق هذه النجاحات في حياتهم والوصول إلى ما يصبون إليه. \n\n3. دراسة حالات:\nمن خلال ورشة تفاعلية تمتد إلى ساعتين سيتمكن المشاركون الطامحين في تحقيق أهدافهم وشحذ عقولهم من الحديث والتدريب على دراسة 5 – 6 حالات مختلفة لمشاريع ريادية حقيقية في الوقت الراهن مع قادة الأعمال التجارية والصناعات والرياديين، ومناقشة الأفكار والمهارات التي تعلموها وتوظيفها في الحالات المطروحة من خلال سعيهم لإيجاد حلول واقتراحات بناءة، وذلك لدمجهم بشكل عملي وتدريبهم على كيفية مواجهة الأزمات التي تعترض المشاريع في العادة، وترسيخ مهارة حل المشاكل والعمل ضمن فريق جماعي بإشراف مرشدين وموجهين سيقودون النقاش، للمساعدة في تعريف كل منهم يدوره في العملية كاملة للوصول إلى بر الأمان
