SUMMARY:Hybris Media Discussion - Women's rights in business @ Q Restaurant
DESCRIPTION:Hybris Media Discussion – Women’s rights in business @ Q Restaurant\nTuesday\, March 28 at 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM\nHybris Media is launching it’s discussion series where we will be conducting a solution-oriented conversation where all results will be published on the Hybris Media website (http://hybrismedia.com/) under our ‘Discussion’ tab for public information.\nOur aim is to try and find solutions for different topics or issues that are in need of some spot light.\nIn honor of women’s month we will be discussing about women’s rights and opportunities within the work place or business. Women make up less in economic participation compared to men with the global average of economically active women amounting to 50% where in the Middle East this figure drops to 25.2%. In Jordan itself women only make up of 13% of the labor force in 2015 with women being obligated to retire at 55 compared to men at 60.\nThe discussion will be a panel discussion with our three panelists (to be updated). After each panelist\, we will open discussions to the public to discuss and brainstorm for ideas in how to create systemic change.\nSo come and help us find a solution and be the change-makers of today! 🙂\nFor more information please visit the events’ page at: https://web.facebook.com/events/609907892550680/
